Welcome to Forma ("Forma," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Forma mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using Forma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Forma is a job management and productivity platform designed to help contractors and small businesses organize projects, track tasks, manage labor, create invoices, monitor finances, and generate reports.
Forma provides organizational and informational tools only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, or financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use Forma. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Forma does not control Apple's billing systems and cannot issue refunds directly.

Premium subscriptions unlock additional or unlimited features.
Features and limits may change over time.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Forma, including:
By using Cloud Premium, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide cloud sync functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content.
Forma provides tools to record and organize financial information, including invoices, payments, expenses, and reports.
